Customer can get the problem solved by below process.


1. Contact your sales window in Yang Ming, provide sales order and invoice to us for shipment trace.

2. Provide manufactory failure report to us to facilitate we contact vendor for problem shooting.

3. Professional FAE team from Yang Ming and vendor provide solution.

4. If the parts confirmed to be failed, customer fill the RMA FORM, Yang Ming will recall the parts and undertake all the transportation charges.
